I've been to a lot of different jazz and food establishments across the country and Fredricks is right up there... with the best. It's doesn't pretend to be anything it's not... it's a juke joint with good food... yeah it's loud but I've been to a few and that's just how it is. Yeah they could invest in better acoustics to damper the sound but that's not why you are there. I would say the service is spotting but I had a party of 18 for my birthday dinner and are server was a older black women named Twan I believe, she was exceptional!

I celebrated a birthday with a good friend and our server was great! We were offered drinks. All of the drinks arrived promptly. We ordered our main meal. We were still eating our salads when our plates arrived. The bread and butter were very fresh. Everyone was pleased. The food was delicious. The live band was great!! There were a lot of birthdays that night. The place was packed, but it never affected our service. I'll definitely go back!!!

Great food and service!. My organization had a lunch meeting here and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant is open and bright. The food was really good!!! Try the Cajun pasta...yum! Everyone was really pleased with their food, service and atmosphere.

Jackie was a great waiter she went above and beyond to make sure my family of 20 was well taken care of the fried chicken dinner was amazing and well seasoned i definitely will be back to this establishment

Found this restaurant looking on Google Maps and and liked it's description. It was quiet, we we're only 2 of the 5-6 customers there. Food was phenomenal. Cajun spicy New Orleans pasta was delicious. My friend had the pork chop, which he stated was great as well.
