Chipotle Mexican Grill

Server was too quick to put food on the plate as he over heard our discussion of choices: he started plating the food we were trying to discuss, and seemed as though he didn't care to be there. It appeared to be just a job. Also there were only two clean tables in the whole restaurant. It seems to me that the employees don't have an understanding that people on the other side of their serving station are their income. Be cleaner and make the people feel that they are welcomed.

Extremely disappointed, don’t waste your time. Shouldn’t even get one star. This used to be a great location but has degraded so much in the last 6 months. Young man that was new, not only was working the line by himself but clearly had NO training. He definitely should have been shadowing. He gave tiny portions of meat yet heaping portions of rice and beans. He had no idea how to fold a quesadilla (see picture). They were out of one rice and fajita veggies. Very rude individuals working and very poor customer service. They forgot a our chips and charged us for the incorrect meat. I will not be returning until it has been confirmed that they have a better trained staff, significantly improved customer service and managers that care (the one there just shrugged off the one individuals lack of training) . It is quite unfortunate that such good food now has a terrible reputation in our town. It’s not just me, it’s starting to be come a consistent trend. Upper management really needs to come save this place.

Several bad experiences with this location (not the food itself…usually good). The most recent was the most odd and least customer friendly. Walked in to order a bowl and they were out of a few items. Not a big deal as we all know it’s been rough with supply chain issues. The part that irked me, and will likely mean I won’t return to give them my business, is when we went to order a bag of chips and queso. We were told they couldn’t sell us any off the 2 large trays of bagged chips because they were only for online orders. 😡 No, they weren’t already sold and paid for but just not available to a walk-in paying customer. Yes, if they were just out my rating would likely be a 4 due to the lower stock of items being reflected in the obvious downsizing of portions however when you refuse to sell an item obviously available to an in-person paying customer then I have issues with your management!

Most of the time it's ok but not great. Tends to lack some of the higher Chipotle standards I've seen elsewhere. Case in point... UPDATE 1/1/21... I've been back several times since this unfortunate sour cream shower on my tacos... And they've been great. I know it's tricky making these tacos with utensils designed for bowls and giant burritos but this place has redeemed itself. My tacos have been works of art ever since. Well done. 👏👏
