I just left, today…May 11th, 2022. I ordered a number one, no mayo. I got my food, and immediately started eating-which is my fault, because I normally check it to make sure it’s good. In this case, I was hungry…very hungry. I ate half the sandwich before I realized that the lettuce was brown. Completely wilted. I will never eat here again. I’m praying I don’t get sick.

Need an option for Negative stars. Been trying to call and speak to a manager for over an hour, busy signal constantly. Do they take it off the hook to try and avoid complaints about food that should never be handed out it is so disgusting? I am going to contact corporate for the disgusting onion rings I received. Sandwich the Bacon King absolutely no cheese on it anywhere. I thought it came with cheese. Guess we are charged for it but don't get it. That's how you make a profit.

Terrible, terrible service in the drive thru! It took literally 5 minutes for them to begin take my order. There were three cars behind me that just left. I drove to the pay window and after paying, the male employee made me stay at the first window while he left to do who knows what. He came back after a couple minutes and said I could pull forward to pick up my food. What is this strange practice? On top of that, no napkins!

This particular restaurant was so great in the 90's. I've came back time and time again in hopes of it being great again but every time I'm disappointed. The past 7 years I've ate here probably 10 times and usually per someone elses request, and every time I order a wopper meal no pickles ( hoping my patty would be hot! ) but not once has it. So disappointed in this restaurant. And on a side note the same experiences with Dairy Queen. Exact same issue with the patties being cool.

Great food and great customer service.
There is a very nice young man named NoahRyan and he is great at his job. He is still learning though. Yet I do highly recommend coming there. I think the best food is probably the 8 pc jalapeno bites with a rodeo cheesburger.

Need to close this place down. They make u stay in drive thru for over 15 minutes and not take your order. I literally had to pull around to see what was going on and sad to say "nothing" I really need Corporate's number. The girl gave us food for free bc she seen how mad I was. Been a few times and each time it's worst‼️
