They were really busy with not a lot of staff on the 4th of July but the way they handled the waiting time was so professional & was beyond nice. The guy at the window kept apologizing & gave an extra drink for the wait time. Great service!

Food is rarely worth the price as it’s often stale or cold. That’s when they even have integral ingredients like beef, chicken and steak. Not to mention the random days when they decide to close early due to lack of staff. Time to start visiting even less frequently.
Update - started going once every other week instead of once a week. I’ve not had any Taco Bell since my initial review as every single time I’ve gone, “the system was down and were only accepting cash”. Seems more like they shut down half the equipment an hour before close. This location just needs to be shut down and the owner/operator barred from the service industry.

There is no need to talk about customer service because there is NONE !! They closed the dining room months ago, now the drive thru has turned into pull to the side and we'll bring your order out when it is ready. THEY NEED TO JUST CLOSE THE DOORS TILL YOU CAN FIND SOMEONE TO RUN THE BUSINESS .

Absolutely disgusting, from bird feathers to beard hair in the seats, food everywhere bathrooms look like they weren't cleaned in weeks and did I mention how nasty the kitchen and food prep area was? There is NO way it has been cleaned for at least a week. Food shoves under the counters and greasy prints everywhere
The managers all had a bad attitudes, absolutely every customer that walked in had complaints and we're arguing asking to speak with the manager. The only one that was kind with the poor girl up at the front, Kaitlyn. she was on the front lines trying to control the situation and fill every request that she could. The management could not have cared less. Everybody was disgusted and irritated, many people walked out after asking the management's name.
I have never been so disgusted with service or environment. Let's face is, Taco Bells can get a bit dirty. They're cheap, understaffed and ya get what you pay for. But the manager just wanted to sit the entire time as many people wanted they're money back and we're denied that. Just like myself, my order was wrong. Went up many times to see if they finished our food and got our drinks. No one was given receipts and management wouldn't help anyone because we all stood there with no paper!
Never will I go again.

Hard working staff for the amount of business they get! Lot of people come expecting above and beyond service. You are at Taco bell, you get what you pay for and this staff always offers more then that! If you do have a problem and bring it up respectfully they will fix it no problem! Ordered 3 crunchy taco supremes and a coke and cost me more than I think it should. Seems they keep adding on to the price. It was almost 10 dollars. Could of went to a Mexican restaurant for more than that amount of food.

Never going to this place again, staff thought it would be funny to give me a cold and slopped together burrito and cold fries and throw in 50 mild sauces and not include my other burrito. Low life scum who will never go anywhere in life. Pathetic. Food was uneatable.
