Absolute worst Casey's I've ever been too. Pizza is way better at the location near DQ. The older female is super unprofessional (not sure on her name), I went and bought a bunch of drinks and snacks and had to ask for a bag, which isn't the issue, the issue is that it seemed that her having to bag them was the most difficult thing ever. Ended up having the other employee do it, he was professional. The older lady is always rude and unprofessional.

I previously had no problem with this location but the service from the staff that worked the night of Jan 19, 2018 changed that. Patiently endured a 45 min wait (like a champ) for a call in-order. I ordered the monthly special ($7.99 large pie with the purchase of breadsticks). When the oven finally gave birth to the large pep, I asked the lady about the breadsticks and she admitted she had forgotten them. No problem. I brushed off the mistake then asked the lady working the register if she could honor the $7.99 price since the breadsticks I ordered were left behind like Bruce Willis in Armageddon... No attempt was made to fix the wrong, nor was any apology given by either the pizza dragon lady or cashier grinch (she was a rude lady too). I did not feel like waiting another 45 minutes for the breadsticks to arrive so I just paid regular price for the large pep. Oh! Not to mention, the quality of this particular cheesy specimen was well below par compared to previous treasures looted from this destination. Bottom line, you lost a valued customer for life... People of Warrensburg and beyond, lend me your ears!..... Save yourself the time and heartache by avoiding this establishment until management and employees step their games up like the Patriots who defeated the Falcons after facing a 28-3 deficit in the 3rd quarter of Super Bowl LI.
