Consistently the worst McDonald's I've been too. Every time I greet the employees they consistently look me in the eye and don't say a word. Not only do they not ever get my order wrong but I found a fly cooked in with my fries. Go to knob if you want McDonald's.

My boyfriend spent 30 minutes in the drive thru waiting for my food. I've been cutting back on my visits because the wait time just keeps getting longer!! I'm not sure what the problem is, but they need to fix it soon. I understand being understaffed, but if you only have 1 person come in for an overnight shift. It's time to close for the night. It's better than giving people bad service and clod food!

This McDonald’s has had a issue with drive thru service after 10pm the service sucks really bad. It takes 8min after pulling up to the speaker for anyone to greet you to take your order. You would think the line has moved but alas to pull around from ordering you see only 1 car in front has moved. Sadly you will continue to wait another 10 to 15min just to pay and lastly another 15 before you reach the final window to receive your order which is cold and not fresh. Almost need to drive 15min out of town to the next McDonald’s just to get fresh food and good service at a McDonald’s restaurant.

I want to say D at 9am on Saturday morning. The patients you had training was amazing. It takes time to help your new team member to learn how to do the daily things at McDonald's. I can see with your training I know anyone you train is going to be a great worker. Your so kind and you have such a great attitude. You were very patient when your co-woker needed help. You were so kind to me and my children and husband. Our order needed a little hashbrown and you got right on it. If every staff could have the bubbly, nice, helping attitude you have it would be such a GREAT place. Thank you so much for your kind experience at McDonald's and because of you we will be back!! I ordered two McChickens and one large fry at this McDonald's and when I received them my McChicken was very poorly made. My fries were stuffed into the container to where they were smashed and it did not appear to even be full! I waited in the Drive-Thru for about 5 minutes, they're times were very good but the quality of the food is not very good at all. This is not the first time that I've had poor quality service from this McDonald's. It's probably happened to me about four or five times in a row now.

The service was slow they didn't get my order correct I don't expect a lot from a McDonald's, Everyone I go to seems to have some kind of issue with something I think people just don't want to work properly anymore and I think McDonald's even though they pay their people a lot more money they still want to sit on their butts doing nothing I gotta stale French fries and no bacon on my bacon cheeseburger. It was Like every other McDonald's I have ever been to, If I didn't have coupons for free stuff I wouldn't ever go there....

I walk in and ask to speak to your manager about my application they gave me an interview told me I would have to go through a second interview and that they would give me a call back well the next day me and my wife are up there in front of McDonald's on Young Street here in Warrensburg Missouri and an employee comes out and we know the employees and we said hey how are you doing and she's said she can talk to us or she lose her job and I said why is that she's like that's why they're not hiring you is because of your background that one thing on your background is keeping them from hiring me but on their application it says if you are convicted of feeling this does not keep you from the job so I ask employees so what did the manager actually tell you she told me what your background was and that's why they're not hiring This McDonald's is very bad It's messy they're not clean they don't sanitize as much as they should and everything's dirty out in the lobby and could be clean better

Would prefer not waiting over 10 minutes for 6 chicken nuggets when I am the only customer in the store at 4pm on a tuesday. But hey, I guess fast food can drop the 's' and provide the same advertisement.
