This Arby's had the most kind worker at the counter! He patiently let my girls give their order and they had a cute Easter egg hunt going that yielded free desserts for both kids!
They 'cashed in' for their milkshakes after our meal and he even brought them to our table!
Food was great and I was crazy impressed with the service. Highly recommend.

Ordered through door dash. Delivery was quick but when I got the bag, it was soaked. They put so much Buffalo sauce on the sandwich when I got it opened the box was soaked to the bag. The sandwich was basically covered in sauce in Buffalo soup. The picture is after I poured a good amount out

When you ask for no sauces on a sandwich and they instead turn around and smother it in sauces instead. Spent 5 minutes taking the sauce off the top just to find out that they put it on the bottom too. The receipt even said no sauce and the order was repeated back to us as no sauce. If you're too inept to follow simple directions, probably should find an easier job. Never going back.

Absolutely baffled that drive through can't handle more than two orders. Unidentified dirty blonde gentleman suggested we re-enter the drive through if we wanted to order more food.

I'm not sure how they have stayed in buisness. 6 time's in a row now I've had missing items after having to pull forward and wait. I get mistakes but at this point waiting for 15 minutes in a parking lot to get cold fries and then missing sandwiches and other side items is ridiculous.

Enjoy the food at Arby's overall, but not a fan of the spicy fish sandwich. The regular fish sandwich is very tasty.
