Subway

As a line cook, I understand waiting for some extra time during the lunch rush for food, I understand I shouldn't expect immaculate service from low wage fast-food workers because I don't expect them to enjoy making my food for me. Even so, my experience here at lunch today was so bad I just felt like I had to vent somewhere so here it is: I waited 30 minutes for a sandwich... a club sandwich. They were taking their good sweet time about it... fine... but this was aggravatingly slow, almost as if they were doing it on purpose, or about to fall asleep. Universally, most people know that a traditional club is ham, turkey and bacon yet when I got home mine had roast beef on it. It doesn't even make sense. Make it make sense. I wasn't even mad about waiting but then to get a well known sandwich combination entirely wrong after I waited 30 minutes for fast food. 1/5. BAD. Go to Walmart's subway instead. You'll save time driving to North Warren and back then spending it waiting on these employees.

The sandwich wasn't bad, but the employees during this particular shift need some serious moderation. The woman that made my sandwich had her phone on speaker the whole time, so the whole store could listen to her and her friend talk about their problems. It was very difficult to get my order in, as she couldn't concentrate. When really as a customer, I should have her attention. The other two employees were also goofing off and hanging all over each other. April 18, 2022 at 12:30pm or so.

Never again will I support warren Subway..not only is the store filthy...the food so so..... the owners have no care or concern what their managers do. While their managers are busy buying and supplying alcohol to 14 year olds to the point one was sent to ER via ambulance. Then show no care or concern for said underagers. And no consequences for the adult managers... 😔 Country fair has fresher subs.

Online ordered, selected curbside pickup. 20 minutes went by and they served 4 groups that showed up the store after us, then an employee came out and said it would be another 10 minutes. It’s now been 30 more minutes and 5 more groups have been served. We only ordered 2 subs. This is actually ridiculous.

Horrible customer service. Placed an order through the website for delivery and it came up with an error. I immediately check my bank account and it was charged. I called the subway store and they say they never received my order. I ask how I get a refund and they said they can't but if I come over and show I was charged that they would make me the food. I then ask if they will refund the delivery fee and tip I left for the driver and they said they can't do any kind of refunds and that I need to call the main office. I ask for the main office phone number and they give me a number. I call the number and it literally says that there customer service is now all digital, I proceed to the website where there's absolutely no information for my situation. I now have to wait until my credit union is open on Monday to dispute the charge since Subway can't refund me for a service I didn't receive.

Horrible Horrible place, ordered online and was not done when I arrived because both employees were in the back on their phones than continued to argue that I didn’t place a order. After some ARGUMENT she magically found my order. Order was wrong also, I believe being able to read should be part of the job description. If you don’t want to do your job why have it. I could not be more disappointed. The employees should be ashamed of themselves.
