16 Handles

Good yogurt nice and convenient location, good variety of flavors and the place was clean. I am not usually inclined to post a negative review, however I was so taken back by how rude, unattentive and blah the girl was who was working there tonight. Barely uttered a syllable, glued to her phone, even when we asked a question or when we playfully tried to chat with her. Very surprised by how unfriendly she was and couldn’t help but think about how many young people would love to have that job.

Absolutely love the frozen yogurt. It is delicious. I never knew it could actually be better than ice cream. There are so many flavors to combine and so many toppings to chose from. The only thing is that it gets a little pricey. They charge by weight and I can't help myself but to serve a huge amount. I leave with a $10 serving usually.

I do like 16 handles yogurt it is tasty but here is why i gave it 2 stars. The prices are insane. I got 3 yogurts recently. One for me and 2 for my 10 year old twins. 3 yogurts cost $27. That just stupid overall. I no longer go here too expensive, just silly... i will stick with the other ice cream places

Scale off or we just got taken. $40 for 4 tiny cups not even filled all the way. Staff checked out and weren't around to offer assistance. Had trouble loading the app and got a general--oh well, you have it or you don't attitude. Yogurt drippings all over, hand written signs taped to a couple machines. Some toppings out and others had yogurt spilled in them. This place used to be kept up...not sure if there was an ownership or MGMT change but, sad to say after many fair and happy visits I think this was the last straw.

Like most froyo places I've ever been, it can be hit-and-miss about flavors and quality. Of course, they change flavors routinely, but I'm referring to whether all the "handles" have a product to dispense, how much is left, and what the quality is. That said, I gave 4 stars because this place is pretty good compared to local competitors. But at last visit in January '18, it was more like 12.25 Handles, and missing many of the regular flavors. Would have been 3 stars if this was our only visit.
