Burger King

I went there the day after they opened and the bathrooms were not clean, they served me hard bread. I went to the drive thru the other day just to give them a try, but they gave me cold burgers, the cheese was not melted, and the bruger had so much pickles it over poweredthe taste of the burger. It was gross, if Autumn was there she would not have let that go out. There is a lack of management.

there’s a girl that works there with pink/purple hair she was very rude charged me for things i never got but ordered i stood there for 15 minutes waiting for her to get a straw. the co workers there are also very rude. no manners what do ever we were missing some stuff asked for it and tried to tell us they put it on when clearly it’s not there

On more than one occasion I’ve missed items only to try and call the store… it only brings you to corporate… went into store next day, they tell me they have no idea what I’m talking about after corporate said they’d put me on “a list”. Today I order a 8pc nugget only to get home and see only 3…. Not even a 4pc… try to call… they don’t even pick up. I usually go here everyday after the gym in bulk season… not anymore… off to McDonald’s I go…

I visited at around 11:00PM on a Friday for Drive-thru. The car in front of me ordered some $40 worth of food. It took about 20 minutes to place my order, and get my food when there was only 1 car ahead of me. Once I got to the window I was greeted immediately with an apology for the delay. The young lady behind the counter was so professional and apologetic. Though I was frustrated, she immediately took responsibility for the delay and I truly appreciated that. My food was fresh and piping hot. Though the situation wasn't ideal, the responsibility taken by the team members and the level of professionalism rivaled that of Chick-fil-A. Something I can say about no other fast food chain. Kudos to this restaurant.

Went to BK strictly to try the new Ch'King sandwhich... Do yourselves a favor and stick to KFC, Popeyes, and maybe even Chik Fil' A for a properly made chicken sandwhich. The price of the Ch'king is just plain offensive for the product received...small piece of chicken thats heavily breaded. Shame on me for giving BK a chance...not going back to any one of their establishments for any reason, whatsoever, ever again. Good luck.

I'm so done with the Warren R.I. location If your the owners reading this, you need to visit for yourself and make adjustments to better your business. To many details to get into but definitely something isn't right for a fast food establishment. So sad I and my family won't return. Hope the right person reading this will make some major changes
