Nobody is willing to work so this place unfortunately has taken to hiring kids, constantly messing up orders, forgetting straws, ect. Literally 3 out of the last 5 times I've gone they've forgotten straws, how do you forget straws on an order that is literally just 4 coffees, getting to work and finding out you and your co workers will be drinking coffee like a sippy cup is far from convenient. Just go to a different DD

Very poor attitude from the cashier. I asked for ketchup and she pointed and said go ask her then mumbled "that's not job" so I said excuse me? she repeated her self in a very rude manner. She didn't have a name tag so I asked her name and she said Jennifer. Then when I came back in to grab a straw I heard her talking about me to her co workers because I asked for her name. Very unprofessional I will never come back here!

The two times I’ve gone there: one of the staff was super sarcastic and rude to me when I asked for an extra straw. The other time, a different staff left her phone number on the receipt when my boyfriend went through the drive thru and said “call me, sexy” super inappropriate ..
