North Rd McDonalds is horrible. No matter what time of day you go something if not everything is cold and dry. The staff has a serious attitude. My last visit I ordered medium drinks with the meals and was given small. I pointed it out I wanted medium the girl at the pick up window argued that I got what I ordered. I explained it wasn’t, the order in the screen is wrong. She made a production of dumping the drinks and making new ones. It was hard biting my tongue but I stayed pleasant and said thank you. She rolled her eyes and said uh- huh. Seriously? And these people think they’re worth $15 an hour? I blame management. Ever since this new guy took over from Covelli the stores have gone downhill and stayed there. And if you complain he acts like he doesn’t care. I guess it’s time to start liking Burger King.

I pulled into the inner lane in the drive thru, was greeted and told to place my order. I proceeded to order a single sandwich and water, when a different voice responded with "hold on". I waited, watched two other vehicles in the other lane place orders before I informed the person of that, and was met with "hold on" again. I had to call out "hello?" Two more times before I was able to place my order, and then had to correct it three times before it was correct. When I got to the window, the girl with the blonde and black braids was extremely rude and standoffish. And my water was forgotten. Twice. Lastly, the one thing I ordered was burnt. Very unhappy.

I ordered breakfast for me and my kids and they canceled my order claiming “can’t get to it right now” I ordered as soon as they opened so I know they didn’t have any other orders I placed the order again they began making it then they canceled it again. This is ridiculous I will never order from them again don’t make my order then cancel it

I've been to this McDonald's quite a few times in normally their service times are just okay. However my most recent visit took almost 20 minutes to get three coffees. If you are looking for a McDonald's experience unlike any other this would be an ideal place. The facility has two floors, impeccable outdoor dining, and beautiful views.
