Burger King

I know people think these places are all the same and complain... but this burger King was such a nice surprise. The lady was just so pleasant... really made me like my day because she seemd so happy with her job. Wherever she works would be great, I just got lucky and choose the BK where she works and had a the best Orea Shake with my cheese burger and hamburger lunch. Sorry I don't know her name...

My experience was horrible I was waited on by manager Dominic Oliver who's who seemed pretty racist / on a power trip with his position. I had previously had an order that they messed up on my name was in the book he was able to locate that order went round and round and round as to why he could not replace my order even though my name was in the Book I did explain to him we could handle the order how he seen fit but I just wanted to further talk to someone else so I asked for the Corporate number he would not give it to me he kicked me out of the drive-through very disrespectfully would no longer answer any questions I will never go back there ever!!!!!!

Just moved to the neighborhood and went here twice… both times had absolutely the worst Burger King food. The first time I went my fries weren’t even close to being cooked and my sandwich was sloppy. After that I told myself I would avoid it on my way home from work unless I got sick of the other restaurants around it. I gave it a second try after a few weeks tonight and I can’t say it’s much better. My lid on my pop was smashed onto my cup lol. My fries weren’t all the way done but they were def better then the first time. The buns on my sandwich this time, was stale. And Ive read the comments about the people inside just being wild and I feel like I heard the same. Idk if a manager or anyone ever reads these, but I will never go back to that Burger King. I’m really not a super picky eater or get on fast food joints about how organized the food is, but this place was THAT bad. I’ve never written a review before but this one actually made me sign into my google just to type this.

The play house area was the grossest place I've seen since covid started. I think they should close it up and not let kids in there. There was food wrappers all over IN the play house area and something on the floor under the slide I thought was a pop spilled, my son said coffee spill my daughter in law said are you sure it's a beverage spill. 🤮

The service is always excellent. People are very nice. There are lots of crazy deals to be had if you use the app. But they have changed their condiments. They are using Simply Heinz all natural and to be honest I'd rather have whatever chemicals they used to put in it because it doesn't taste the same. So now I just order 'sans condiments' and put my own on. Why would you screw with ketchup and mayonnaise? Take a page from Coca-Cola and don't change your formula.
