What kind of sorry-a** dystopian society charges a sandwich patty and a bun 4 freaking dollars ? I was expecting at least some pickles and veggies like they show in the picture! And the lady in the window didn’t have a shred of courtesy for her customer ! Also it wasn’t anything busy at all! God help America !!!!

I visited this McDonald's on a very busy morning. The place was so filled that I couldn't even pull my car into the parking lot right away, I had to wait in a line on the street... I decided to go inside and I found the staff members to be awesome...There was a blue haired girl keeping the lobby clean who greeted me kindly. The young man behind the counter who helped me figure out how to use this kiosk to order was pleasant and proper. Even the manager who had to be called over to make change for the $100 bill I had treated me with smiles and respect. This is one of the best McDonald's experiences I've had in a long time.

I had a terrible experience here, waited in line for at least 25 minutes and ordered a dinner box with extra pickles and onions and two large drinks. We got our order, and there was a nugget with skin missing, and our drinks were literally warm even though they had ice in them. Then, our big mac patty was literally ripped apart or stomped on, and with covid going on, it looks like they tore it apart with their hands and put less meat on the sandwich. I have photos, will try to add them. My cheeseburger patties were thrown on and the cheese wasn’t even positioned right, and the pickles were thrown to the side. The buns were drenched in oil and ketchup. The fries were cold with no salt. It was awful and they deserve to be fired because we were very patient even though the line was long and this is what they gave us

Been over a year since we ordered from here because they can never remember to put everything you paid for in the bag. Decided to order for breakfast today, against my better judgment, and sure enough, missing 2 out of 6 items. Accidents happen but this store needs to get it together. Not a Karen, just a customer who's tired of being ripped off. Won't happen again, completely lost our business.
