Service is good, but lately, the chicken size is pathetic and not worth the money. I don't know if they changed the supplier, but the size of the chicken now is a joke. I don't know if we are eating chicken or pigeon. Hardly any meat on the bone. We won't be going back for a while, even though we usually go 1-2 times a week.

They were not on the ball , we usually go to this KFC, their a pretty good team. But not today, The girl that took our order didn't remember me when I went back up to get something she forgot. I was observing and I wasn't the only one that didn't get all of their stuff and several over charges including our order. This is the only time I would have given them 1star, other times it's 5 stars service.

Fast friendly service. The crispy chicken tenders are so good. Crunchy on the outside tender in the inside as they should be. Also love their mac n cheese and coleslaw.

This was one of worst experiences I've encountered. On May 13th, between 3-4 I was in town to visit a friend and had a taste for chicken and we chose this KFC, by the mall and we were the only 2 in the store with I would say about 6-8 employees at the counter area with one being the assistant manager. May have been shift change with plenty of staff on. Shouldn't make a difference but we are african american and the staff from what I could tell were all white but one. Not once did anyone greet us, for about at least 5 mins. 5 mins is not a long time with short staff but they were all at the counter area! After chit chat and mgr. counting change, a your girl ask what we wanted. Not once did she say hello or welcome to KFC. At this point we didn't feel welcome. So I asked is this what customer is like here with a entire staff looking at customers and not greet them, or say at least we'll be with you shortly. They all looked around stun. Finally after not getting a responds, I asked who is the mgr. here where the assistant stated he was. I again asked the question about the lack of customer service, he said he was sorry and walked to the back of the store. This was totally disrespectful, rude and unacceptable. If the leader treats it's quest that way, it's understandable why the entire staff acts accordingly. Needless to say we decline to give them our business. We went to another KFC, not so close by but got a totally different exceptional experience.

Tall black lady that took my order was not helpful and was kind of rude when I asked her about the prices. Place was dirty, I almost slipped on something going between the fill up station and the lid station the counters were all dirty and floor was just as dirty

I ordered a 12 pc chicken . Half original half extra crispy. Did not get any extra crispy. I was also missing one Cole slaw got macaroni and cheese instead. I called and wasn't satisfied with response Acted like it was an inconvenience me calling. Won't be back there.

Waited 15 minutes for our food when we were told 2 minutes. Did not give condiments as requested. Was given the wrong chicken as i asked for original and was given extra crispy and the sides were packaged in the wrong persons meals. The chicken thighs were oddly mutated with lots of bones. I am not sure what in the world happened at this kfc today but care and attention were not there. I felt like i was being punked or was on candid camera or something just not a good experience

I stopped here because they were the only fast food restaurant I found with the dining room open on Elm Rd. I've been curious about the new chicken sandwich. Its good. Its not as good as Chic-fil-a but good.
On that note, I felt the restaurant seemed a bit dirty. I'm not sure what their staffing is like right now but it needed a good mop and scrub down.
