The Saratoga Restaurant And Catering

As my husband and I celebrate our 1st anniversary, I can't help but to reminisce about how perfect our wedding was - and Chrissy and the Saratoga team were a huge part of that. They catered our wedding at the Davis Center in Mill Creek, and were professional, helpful, and truly a blast to work with. Everything about their service was top-notch. My husband and I considered numerous caterers for the event, including Fusillo's, Georgetown, A La Carte, Ange Netta's, and Drake's Landing/Avalon on the Water. Grading on different factors including price, food quality, and menu selection, we honestly weren't impressed those prior when we finally found and sampled Saratoga. Chrissy greeted us cheerfully, created dish after dish of old family recipes to sample, and made professional suggestions based on our tastes and theme. We finally sampled the Chicken Stuffed with Brie and Apple and we were sold -- unique and luscious dishes, all at an extremely affordable cost. I swear to God, to this day, my guests still comment about how delicious the meal was. I can't speak highly enough about the service. The team set the hall up efficiently and were extremely attentive to us and our guests. Additionally, the presentation was exquisite, with Chrissy and Co modifying the presentation and menu to reflect the elegance of the evening (we had pre-set the dinner salads with seasonal ingredients, making even the typical starter something special and enjoyable). Clearly, as I rant and rave, I cannot describe how utterly impressed I am with Saratoga's Catering (quick note, the restaurant is delicious, too!). Do yourself a favor if you are looking to book a caterer, and let Saratoga work with you - I cannot speak enough of the quality, flexibility, (personality!), and affordability of their services. Easily the best choice we made for the entire wedding!! Annnd, now I am hungry.
