Ordered a cake two days before Easter ordered it online it was hopscotch the bunny went to pick it up I live an hour from this location but they were the only one who offered this cake came to pick it up it didn't look anything like the picture the store associate called the owner when I wasn't happy with the cake her words exactly were im sorry but I'm not a professional cake decorator I can't imagine why she is selling professionally decorated cakes then she offered me 5 dollars off I just got my money back either way don't order cakes from here she cannot make them as they are advertised

I ordered my wedding cake here and it turned out amazing. All my guests raved about the tasty cake and the uniqueness of an ice cream wedding cake! I was able to get a different flavor of ice cream for each tier, and I also ordered a sheet cake on the side for the rest of the guests. They were able to split that in half as well. The manager, Joann, was really helpful in helping us create the perfect cake. She went above and beyond and helped us with getting it to our venue. All I had to do was add a cake topper. Will definitely be ordering again!

This is the best Baskin-Robbins branch I have been to, BY FAR!!! Aside from the unlimited flavors they serve, they also make custom made ice cream cakes. They are very artistic and seem to have endless ideas. The owner, Joanne, is a very generous employer to her employees. I see a lot of Filipino workers there too, they are very hard workers and always happy to serve. I would recommend everybody to stop by this branch, just for the experience. Tell the owner you were sent by Pablo, she will give a free scoop of ice cream.

Women in her 50's was very rude. She wouldn't give a sample of a new flavor and wouldn't let me get a refund if I didn't like it. She literally laughed at me and smiled. Ill never go back to this location. This place really has gone down hill since new ownership.

My favorite Baskin Robbins location; they always show great customer service and are always updated with new flavors! I am greeted with smiles and quick service from employees! Joanne, the owner is also very sweet. She goes beyond with the cakes we order (:

Stopped in at 9:02pm, two minutes after they closed because they hadn’t locked the door yet and google said they were open until 10:00. We were graciously treated with great customer service as if we weren’t keeping them there late, as well as the couple that came in after us. Thank you so much! Your kindness and excellent customer service were greatly appreciated!

I ordered a cake for my 3 years old daughter. I have a Moana theme and I’m glad BR has the Moana cake in their album. Originally it’s Moana alone on the cake. But i called up and asked, if is it possible to add Maui,Hei-hei and Pua. The lady named Joan is very very nice. She said YES no problem. So, when my husband picked up the cake today (9/15) i was pretty surprised when i saw that it wasn’t just Moana, Maui, Hei-hei and Pua. She also add Chef Tui, kakamora’s, and Te Ka👏🏼👏🏼. Its pretty amazing! She did beyond than what I expected. I will always come back in this branch. Thank you so much.
