I am not a regular by no means, but I have ordered from here a good handful of times. Usually food can be hit or miss. I ordered a bowl for dinner last night a little on the later side around 8:00 pm. Let me tell you! Whoever was cooking the food yesterday and whoever made my bowl.. IT WAS DELICIOUS. I. AM. SHOOK. Literally so impressed I had to leave a review which I hardly ever do to give that staff a HUGE THANK YOU for feeding me a wonderful dinner.

Perfect burrito. It’s not soggy and dripping with excessive liquid. The wrap held up from start to finish.
Customer service was great. Expect a rush and a 15 - 20 minute wait if you go around traditional meal times. Not their fault, all restaurants are short staffed.

This location is usually the best around me but I was deeply disappointed today. I ordered a bowl and it was in a weird container and smashed together.. Also, there was literally a piece of metal from a grill brush in my food. I can’t eat the rest of my food, I fear there’s another that could end up in my stomach or intestines… I hope management sees this.

It was my first time going to Quoba. And it was the worst experience ever. The YOUNG lady that waited on me act as if she didn't want me there. I was asking her questions, she never looked up at me. She truly act like I was getting on her nerves. I was so disappointed with her service that I walked out. I then called and spoke to a manager. She listened and offered to take my name and number for another visit. I declined because due to my first experience I will not go back to this location. Now we all are going through things in life. Life is hard for everyone right now. My mom passed away, I'm laid off and I still went in with a cheerful spirit and to be faced with my experience was VERY disappointing!!!
What's more disappointing is to receive a response from this place asking that I EMAIL THEM WHICH I DID 3 DAYS AGO and NO ONE HAS RESPONDED AS OF YET!!! WHAT A JOKE!!

First of all, my burrito fell apart soon as I looked away :-(
Then my God had no taste what do ever... The difference between this chipotle-like facility, compared to an authentic restaurant is definitely care. A truly disappointing experience that left me wanting my money back... YUK!!!

( Qdoba has provided free chips with naked bowls for years)
But she assured me I was wrong & wondered if I would pay $2.17 per bag.
Ah... No.

Had a very good vegetarian meal @ QDoba in Warren, MI! The service was quick and friendly and the food was excellent! The bathrooms and the dining area were well maintained, so this establishment was overall very good! I would recommend for a quick bite to eat...

Horrible food! My quesadilla isn’t even grilled and just thrown in here. I’m disappointed. Out of many toppings and employees were clearly irritated.
