Best deep dish pizza in town. Employees are always friendly and helpful. I love this place.

should’ve listened to all of the other reviews saying this place messes up orders. the toppings were wrong on the first pizza, sent it back. second pizza is missing toppings and has barely anything on it. doesn’t look very good either for $40. almost impossible to get in contact with the store because they go through a call center? o okay weird. first time my family ordered here, we will never be ordering again.

I was excited to try Passport Pizza because of all the options they offer. I called for delivery at 10 PM on a Sunday. I was told it would be 30-35 minutes, which makes sense because I live close and I called late. An hour and ten minutes later the pizza came. It was cold and the pizza was round instead of the deep dish Detroit style I ordered. They also forgot the butter cheese crust. Not that it mattered because the pizza wasn't fresh anyways. I only live 3 miles away, so there really is no excuse.

Placed an order online for this location and received a call that somehow they dont have a delivery driver?? Asked if I could just pick it up and get a refund for the delivery fee & tip, but was unable too and had to cancel the whole order. I've worked in the pizza industry and I understand this isn't the managers fault that I spoke with, buuuttttt, maybe hire more people so situations like this dont happen?

First time ordering delivery from here...The girl i placed my order with was absolutely awesome..timely delivery ..food was pipping hot and right ..driver forgot to grab my soda so came back with it and thats fine by me..politeness and satisfactory service makes up for a delayed soda. As for people. Complaining about having to wait 30 min.for a pizza...that is a standard time for a wait..if not longer...lighten up.. All and all..im . Making this my pizza night place.thanks for making my dinner the best

DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND. I worked for this company for almost a year, they FRAUDULENTLY did not claim me to the IRS. I have faught for a year to try to get my taxes for the hard work I did for this company. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GIVING MONEY TO PEOPLE WHO ALSO STEAL FROM GOVERNMENT FUNDING. BIG THUMBS DOWM 👎👎👎👎👎

Great food, great prices. Hand tossed Pizza where dough made fresh daily unlike Pizza places a.k.a Domino's, Little Caesars, Pizza Hut. the Subs & salads are made fresh and the ribs and chicken are the best ! Cooked at the store rather than brought in by a truck. LOVE IT!
