Great staff and fast service (as most Jimmy John's). Food always tastes fresh! This location in peculiar is our favorite because of the staff's friendliness.

The manager here is RUDE! He’s got a serious attitude I live at the corner and eat here a lot but after this experience I’m done with this joint. If you don’t like your job quit! Don’t be a Richard to paying loyal customer he’s very mean. Food was great!

I ordered 2 sandwiches today for delivery and it took over 30 minutes to get them delivered from. 0.5 miles away. I barely got a sorry from the delivery person. Maybe it is time to consider changing your slogan.

I’ve never been spoken to in such a condescending and rude manner by a restaurant’s staff in my life.
The manager was barking “instructions” to hurry my wife and I along even though we were the only two customers there and they weren’t preparing any other orders except ours.
The staff looked miserable, the place looked dirty, I’ll never return to this location again. My wife won’t either, even though she works at the GM tech center across the road.

Great Sandwiches (but if you don't like mayo make sure to tell them, they feel lead to ruin almost every Sandwiche with mayo) Some of the help was great, some where less then helpful.
