Place is highly rated because they're close to GM Tech Center and those customers just need decent food fast. It's not bad. But it's definitely not 5 stars. They do have the best garlic sauce though. The food at the Kabob House is pretty good. It's the service and they don't get your orders right. I've been going there for years now, you'd think they'll get my order right. I DO NOT EAT CHICKEN! Every time I order food they'll give me chicken on it. Of course, I'll always state "no chicken" and they'll state, yes, sure we got you we understand. Every time... they don't! Even speaking with the manager a few times about this and he'll waive it off. No assistance, no good customer service, not accommodating for always getting my order wrong. We'll scrap the chicken off and here. (Is what I get) Even when I'm on lunch and have to take it right back up there. Messing up my lunch time, I have to check my bag every time and again it happens every time. It happen again today! I stopped going several times due to this, but ended going back because I love the salad.

Wow, the staff was completely inviting with amazing service. Very speedy with the food! The food was absolutely amazing! They catered to every need and for that we highly recommend and will be returning many more times! Great job Kabob House!

I ordered kabob and was not what I expected the Rice wasn't cooked good and the kebabs I don't know what kind of Mex of seasoning they used was not authentic

They literally make their own times. Hours are posted but they open and close whenever they want to. Went here at 8:30pm and they said they were closed, but hours say 10pm. Won't be returning. That's a good way to lose customers.
