While placing an order in the drive thru, my husband stated the exact combination number he wanted, the employee taking the order then asked" do you want the sandwich or meal? He then stayed the number two meal she then let out an exacerbated sigh and with a ugly tone said "why didn't you just say that then" ? Ummm ...hello like really? Please drug test your employees.

I'm from New York and this has to be the worst McDonald's i have ever been to. Very slow and very bad service.

He cashier who took my order was very nice.customer service at the first window was on point. The second window cashier wasn't as nice but she wasn't ride either. When I asked did she put the condiments that I wanted in the bag she stated yes and before I could say thank you she closed the window.

Drive through is always too long but the good is good at fresh.

I use the app religiously now and mobile ordering is the best! Even when the drive thru is jacked up I still get in and out.

If I could rate it 0 I would. Was in the drive through for an hour. Food was cold when we got it. Then they closed the drive through lanes for over an hour while they were still open and had no line. But kept the lights on.
