The new decor is really cool. Ms. Jackie is the best server and the best hostess for children's parties.

This Manager is absolutely clueless. Had an entire line of cars sitting in silence at the speaker for 10 minutes. No cars ahead of us. Girls on break outside said that the manager will have the just stop taking orders some times. Sir, its 8:30 on a Thursday night.....DO BETTER!! You have no business managing a high producing restaurant. The girls outside need a promotion because clearly they have a brain to out match yours.

They made 5 cheeseburgers with ketchup and a bag of cookies before they gave me a cheeseburger with no ketchup (the only thing i ordered). I mean, it was an ok burger but I think thats a bit ridiculous.

Customer service needs improvement. Went in a few months ago and received rubbery, probably undercooked chicken nuggets along with a flat, warm Sprite. I asked if the nuggets were done all the way (who likes undercooked meat?) simply got a wave off. Only reason why I'm not rating lower is because i got food quick and restaurant was clean.
