Sushi Thai

I’ve always wanted to try Sushi Thai because I have friends who love it. We (my family of 3) went in and the front reception area was incredibly disorganized. 1) The host had no idea how long the wait would be. 2) When he finally seated us we sat at a table that had been open the entire time we waited. 3) They had no menus available. 4) The waitress only offered us water until our menus came. She didn’t say we couldn’t have anything else, but her words were “you can have water while you wait and when you get your menus I will come back and get your drink order.” 5) When she came back there were still no menus and she told us she would periodically come back to check on us. We left.

If you are on a time schedule, I do not recommend ordering takeout sushi from this place. We placed a pickup order on-line at 7:00pm and was told the pickup time was 8:00pm. While waiting, we were told at 9:00pm that an item we wanted was not available. It is now 9:20 and we are still waiting. I can understand the order not being ready if we did not pay but the order was already paid for on-line. Do not recommend at all.

Delicious, friendly, and fairly priced. I got the Pad Thai with duck. Everything about it was delicious with the exception of the duck, it was pretty dry. I also tried it with steak and it was delicious. The salad dressing isn't very sweet and has a bit of a grainy texture, but I'd still get it again.

I had only given a star rating for this restaurant, but then I got a nice response from the owner, so I decided to give an actual review. My wife and I recently rediscovered this place on a whim since we were getting tired of the same old places around Warner Robins. We had been here before, but it was before their renovation. It was ok before, but nothing was really keeping us coming back. Since rediscovering this place again and seeing the changes since they renovated, wow, it really is nice. We have had great service, great food and plan on making many return visits. If I had any criticisms, it would be that the food is a little pricey. I understand these are tough times and I am not questioning the pricing decisions as it seems most places have raised their pricing. However, it does play a factor in how often we are able to eat here. Still deserving of a 5 star rating though.

Two stars because the food was good. Service was horrendous. Went for lunch with my daughter and ordered a Bruce Lee roll, two California rolls, two miso soups, and specialty drinks. Hayley was our server. Took 15 minutes after being sat for her to come say hello. After we ordered it was another 10 before we got drinks. 30 minutes after ordering our sushi rolls came out. No miso. I asked the waitress to cancel it since it never came out. She said no and brought it anyways. When she brought it, BOTH spoons were dirty. One had what looked like ice cream stuck on it (my daughters) and mine had fried rice stuck to it. Never got drink refills because she forgot. During our whole experience the owner, Gigi was sitting in a corner booth next to us chatting with an older couple, clearly regulars. You better believe they were getting great service. Figures. To top it off, I was charged twice. We’ll see if one falls off. Don’t worry, I’m not a jerk, and she still got her 20% tip. But if you expect real service, this wasn’t it. TRULY disappointed and disgusted.

I came here to eat their Thai food. I travel often and always try to find a good Thai restaurant in the new area I'm in. I ordered the Pad Thai, as I normally do, to compare with the various places I go. The Pad Thai was excellent in my opinion. Tons of flavor, noodles had amazing texture and right amount of sauce. Large portion and great price. Will be visiting again to try other dishes.
