The food is always great. The staff isn't always super friendly but I guess it doesn't matter if you're only in there for 5 minutes to order takeout.

I love chipotle, especially this location... the only thing I hated was I went on Saturday and all I wanted was their guacamole and they didn't have any! So.. not a big problem. Always good food

I have been ordering online for a quick in-store pickup since the times of Covid and it has been working out great. The food is always prepared as I requested, ready when they say it will be and is always delicious. I typically eat at the restaurant and ordering ahead helps me skip the lines and saves time. Especially useful through the lunchtime rush.

Mars “like the planet” as he told me, was the absolute best! I asked to sample the new products before I placed my order and he did not complain once and made me feel so comfortable. Give Mars a raise!!

The chicken was on point today!!! Never crowded. Good spot. Edit... today 8/09/23. Food was not nearly as good. The server shorted us on almost every ingredient. When confronted, I asked for more chicken in my son's bowl and they took a full scoop and then put half of it on his bowl then charged me for a double order. The prices are too high to justify coming here when I can get a better, consistent meal at an actual restaurant for the same price.

Sorry to all the people that had a bad experience. I thought the staff were efficient and friendly- especially on a Saturday night! This one guy, José, copied my list and got my order right. Even though they were out of ice, I would recommend this Chipotle.
Ordering inside the place may be better than ordering online, although most of their customers seem introverted.

I came in this place and first off I wanna say the staff for being all as young as they were need to be recognized in a big way. While my order on the app never updated to being done the group there were under fire for something they couldn’t control long line and angry customers over being charged for extra guac or a side of guac whatever it was they were getting yelled at and they handled it like a pro maybe you guys should make two serving areas one for take out and one for walk ins would help. But the amount of angry customers over wait times or things these kids can’t control no wonder it’s hard to find workers. Who wants to be yelled at for that. I hope this doesn’t reach deaf ears.

Very friendly, efficient, and clean. The only Comment I have that is somewhat negative, more a dig on the product if anything, is that the shredded beef is somewhat salty. This is the second time I ate the protein, two different locations, and the meat was somewhat salty. Overall, a very good engagement and experience.
