I prefer Jim's Pretzels over the larger chains in the area. I think their pretzels seem a bit more authentic than other chains in the area. I feel like they are truly hand made where others have gone with more prefab processes. They also have a nice variety of pretzel related food items like pretzel hotdogs & sausages. I go there instead of others that are just a little bit closer.

I love the pretzels from Jim's always fresh. I just don't need the added salt, so I just brush it off. I always ask my husband for the small pretzels next time I would like to try the large pretzels. I also love the cinnamon dip, which is the only one I like it just too expensive, so I will attempt to make my own.

Love this place! Always fresh perfectly baked soft pretzels. They have many different types (traditional, twists, nubs, etc.) and are open early with friendly helpful staff. Sometimes you get lucky and get them still very warm after just coming fresh out of the oven :-) Simply the best!!

Jim’s is by far the best pretzel place. We drive 35 minutes just to go here. Pretzels are always warm and fresh, prices are great, staff is friendly, and they have so many different dips! For anyone recommending philly pretzel factory - you have not ventured outside of that stale pretzel company. This is the real deal.
