Horrible !! Placed order for pick up. Two slices they could have put back in oven to receive hot it was warm almost cold. Asked for fries well done. Got the opposite they were warm and soggy. At the worst was a $12 Chef salad with next to nothing but s big pile of lettuce. Five skinny pieces of ham and cheese few tomatoes onions that was what I paid $12 for. Never again !!!!

I ordered a pizza lightly cooked. It came over an hour later we’ll done. I called and they replaced it, but the driver said they needed the other one back. I gave it to him and asked if they were going to resell it. He answered, bosses order. During Covid, that’s disturbing. Won’t order from them again.

Both my husband and I just love the food!! The owner and his wife are just great and both have exceptional customer service skills. Carrado even makes homemade rolls (cheese steaks and subs are to die for!) as well as some of the pasta. Excellent, excellent, excellent!!! You have to try them you will not regret it.

We ordered a pizza at 5:29pm. at 6:26pm we didn't hear anything so we tried to call. It went to a busy signal on the phone. We called 19 times after that and could not get an answer. At 7:14pm a delivery guy showed up. I told him we already ordered from another place since it was so long and we could not get a hold of them. The delivery guy called the owner and said he'll tell the owner we were not happy. I called again after the delivery man left and got a person. I asked for the owner and he said he was speaking. I explained the situation and he said "so what do you want?". I said I had a bad experience and wanted at least an apology and to see if they could do something to make up for it. He said people wait over 2 hours normally and he has nothing to be sorry for. I said I felt it was a bad experience and he said "you eat or you no eat, I don't care" and hung up on me.

Ordered a small pepperoni calzone for delivery last night along with a 2 liter coke. It was raining and even felt bad ordering. Upon delivery I opened up my small pizza box and the calzone was so doughy.. pretty much Raw and wayyy undercooked. Disgusting.. they came back and gave me a refund. In all honesty I called the owner 5-6 months ago and told him that he had great food and was the best in the area. Since then I've tried this place at least once a month and it's been average at best to below average. Going there in person, The girl ringing up people with dirty money doesn't even wash her hands behind the counter after cashing people out. It's disgusting. I always held this place to a higher standard but I don't know what happened after the first few tries after a half year ago. Get it together guys.. I'm just being open and honest.
