If you're using the app, the time you set is when the ticket prints. I set my order for 8pm (thinking it was pick-up time). The ticket had just printed when I got there, the place wasn't too busy/my order small so it was done by 8:15pm. But if you're in a rush or have a larger order make sure you set your online pick-up time for before you'd want it ready by. Otherwise always great service and yummy food!

Soggy French Fries, We asked them not to grill the hamburger buns, they told us they can't do that, then they gave it to us that way anyway which is great that's how I asked for them. We ordered 2 shakes, no whipped cream kid doesn't listen puts on the whipped cream, they would make us new ones, he makes a mess taking off the whipped cream and tries to put the chocolate coated cups in a tray, I told him no let me wipe them down. They looked fully staffed, you can see them working hard, it was busy, they seemed to be working as a team. Just not worth the money for what I got this time.

The burgers are delicious and consistent across all Five Guy’s locations I’ve been too. Don’t bother ordering large fries, get a small because they are going to fill the bag either way. They gave me enough fries to feed a small village. I swear I couldn’t even see the burger when I opened the bag. I recommend getting the “little” version of the burgers. If you get a regular burger it’s 2 patty’s. The “little’s” have 1 patty which is more than enough and you save a few bucks- a little burger and a small fry will be more than you can eat.
