Stash's Onset Beach

Scallop, bacon & alfredo pizza is heaven! The chicken tenders are huge and crispy tender & juicy. We had them with teriyaki , but they had other classic flavors, too. Great selection of hard ice cream but we were too full for dessert. Btw the leftovers were delicious the next day. Love cold pizza! We did sit out on the deck and watched the boats and and walked on the beach after. It was lovely!

Ordered a fisherman’s plate on 6/1/22 and this is how I received it. I called to say I was not satisfied with the food, and the man who answered was very condescending with a screw your problem kind of attitude. I returned the food and will request a refund through my bank because he refused to issue a refund.

A dear older friend and I decided to have a quick afternoon lunch and after reading the good reviews, we came in for the 1st time. We were unfamiliar with the ordering procedure and where excited that it looked like we beat the lunch rush! Well it really went downhill from there in regard to service. While we were browsing the menu up above us, the women at the counter with no smile or hint of friendliness, said “what are you ordering?” I said “ this is our 1st time here would you give us a moment... she promptly turned away and said nothing to either of us. We looked at the beer on tap came back to the counter, the order taker, (same young lady) just stood there looking at us, not a word said. My friend said may I have a Coors Light and ..... before she was able to finish her sentence, the order taker said ... we don’t serve coors light, did you read the menu? My friend, embarrassed, (she is 72yrs old), apologized to the rude order taker and said I must have read wrong. The order taker promptly said, yes you did, we serve Corona Light. I said, may we have 1 of those, 2 patty melts, a Pinot grigio and what are Jersey fries? (I had never heard of Jersey fries) the order taker said to me..see the menu? So without responding to her rudeness, i also ordered the Jersey fries. She gave us the receipt and walked away. We had no idea what would happen now. We went to eat out the deck, which rates a 5 star! The view was wonderful and tables had umbrellas or not. There were other people eating on the open deck. We heard numbers being called and realized that is how we would know our food was ready. Our number was called, I went in, picked up the tray as I walked away, I realized there were no condiments on the tray, after looking both ways for a condiment table, I turned to the order taker and asked where I would find the ketchup... she reached into something behind the counter, dropped them on the counter and walked away. I said thank you. No response. 5 stars for the food, it was great! The staff doing clean up outside was friendly to everyone. The order taker was Madelyn. I will not patronage this establishment again. Nor will I recommend it. We where there for almost 2 hours and heard others at tables talking of her.

I went to this restaurant yesterday for the first time and the food was AMAZING!! I ordered cheese pizza slices for my kiddos, a two way platter, and the captains platter. It was not a long wait for the amount of food we ordered. Everything was fresh and hot. I will definitely be back when I visit the beach again. I would suggest stopping by for some delicious food and fast service.
