It's a meat and two kinda place. The food was as expected- delicious. Service was warm and friendly. I recommend the fried chicken. It was neat to see the old photographs and vintage products that decorate the place.
A country gem on Indian Mound Road near Ware Shoal, SC!. A step back in the past, great country breakfast! A must-see type of place!!
We love this restaurant! It is such a neat place. Very different from most other cookie cutter restaurants. The food is always delicious! Just good southern home cooking. We go for Thursday evening dinner and sometimes they have live music. The service is awesome! They make you feel right at home. We live 45 minutes away but it is worth the drive. If you live near and have not been. What are you waiting for?
My kind of place... Family owned, Southern Food, nice and friendly service, reasonable prices, rustic atmosphere. This is a must visit if you live in the Piedmont area... Check their FB page for their business hours... Great place to visit and be sure to take your camera.. +125 year old building that has a lot of history. Last but not least..try their lime cake.
The food is always well prepared and delightful, employees provides excellent customer service. I love how neat it is and atmosphere. Worth a try.
Great place to eat and enjoy time with family.
They treated me like a king. I ordered the fish platter, finished that, then was offered another piece of fish because the first piece wasn't big enough she said. Also I was given a free piece of cake without ordering the special. But most of all their service was incredible never let the tea go below half. Just a great experience overall!
