Dairy Queen

Went today to get some lunch got there around 11, waited in the drive through for 10 minutes before going to the window. I didn’t see anyone so I called because they are suppose to be open since 10am nobody answered. They need to put out a sign if they are not going to open there was other people also waiting behind me all for nothing smh

So I was hungry one night went thru the drive thru and waited and waited and waited until finally someone got on the intercom and said the only thing they were serving was ice cream! I'm sorry but it was only 7 and it said they were open till 9 so u would think they wld have been a little bit more prepared or something.either way I was not happy I'm on my way there now its 730 and if it's the same situation I will no longer want dairy queen!

I've never left a review before but this last visit was too much. The person who took my order was less than friendly which I always try to look past because maybe it's just an off day. But this guy has had the same attitude every time he's been at the window. Even that I could have looked past but i went there to pick up lunch for my niece who's at work. The order came out fast which would seem like a good thing but they usually make your food fresh which makes it worth the usual long waits. He served me like I was an inconvenience which is his usual manner. On my drive to her workplace I stole a fry like any good aunt would do and it was totally cold! The kind of cold fry that there's no saving, when it's Styrofoam like and hard to swallow. The chicken strips were also cold. I shouldn't be surprised because if he was treating his job like a hassle why would he care if he handed out old food. The girls who work there seem to care, unfortunate for us we always show up at this guy's shift. I've told family and friends and we're not going back. Would rather drive to the next town for McDonald's.
