Starbucks

The girl who made my drink was rude and when I said thank you she ignored me. My drink was supposed to have extra caramel drizzle. She didn't put it on there so I asked her to give me a cup with the caramel in it so I could just dump my shaken espresso into the new cup. She rolled her eyes and then ignored me when I said thank you. When I asked to speak with the supervisor there was no apology or any type of compassion all he said was "thank you for voicing your opinion" You never know who people are so if you're going to work in the service industry and you can't be nice to people even if you're having a bad day you should find a different job

This Starbucks is so dysfunctional! Here are some of the chronic issues: - They're often out of Cold Brew before 10am - They say things are not available on the app but if you show up in person it is available *this leads to crowding in stores and long lines - No matter how busy it is only one register is open - On multiple occasions they've turned off app ordering because they're short staffed Making people show up in person to stand in line and crowd the store is so counter-productive
