Sushi Box

TL;DR: Great sushi, plan for a wait, can't deliver during lunch I absolutely love the sushi here-- really fantastic, and especially for the price. Expect to wait a while if you go here either in person or for delivery though. Once we visited for an early lunch, and we were two of 3 total guests in the restaurant-- still took 30 mins to get us the sushi & tempura we ordered. We didn't have a problem with it though, because we weren't in a rush and it gave us time to chat. As far as delivery, it usually takes 45-60 mins, and we live 10-15 minutes away. We just order right when we get home from work at 5:30, and usually have dinner by 6:30. My favorite things are the vegetable tempura (my husband loves the shrimp), and their softshell crab appetizer. Soooo yummy. We've tried a variety of rolls from them, and I've liked every one so far. One important thing to note is that they do not deliver during lunch hours. It isn't listed anywhere on their website, but they are closed for orders during that time.

I went there recently and the food was okay, but the service was terrible. The waiter didn't know any of the specials or if there was any vegetarian options at the restaurant. Then they didn't know who ordered what at our table and automatically included tip on our bill which was 20%. It was poor service and they made us to pay it!, that is insane! I am definitely never coming here again.

We ordered delivery and the first thing we noticed was that the prices weren't the same as they were listed on the menu. We assumed that we just had an old menu. This was something we were willing to overlook if the food was good. IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!!! I threw up WHILE I was eating!!!!!!!! It is now 3 hours later and my friend is still sick. We obviously didn't finish the food and called the restaurant, but the lady on the phone was super unhelpful and just told us there was nothing wrong with the food!! DON'T EAT HERE!!!!!! IT MIGHT BE YOUR LAST MEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a repeat customer of this place because of the good food. And when I saw there was a Groupon, I happily bought it. I made sure there was no restrictions and took my friends there for lunch. However, they refused to take the Groupon and said it can only be used for dinner (which is not on the Groupon at all). Worst part is even the owner came out to yell at us. I half joked that they might lose a repeat customer and they said they don't care. Definitely never going back again.
