Pini's Pizza

Please CLEAN your kitchen and GRILL. The food and pizza always has a dirty, smokey, unclean taste to it, always! The chicken kabob salad taste awful, because the chicken taste like it was cooked on a dirty grill. Also, where is the chicken on the kabob salad? Please don't place the salad dressing containers inside the salad, they should go on the outside of the salad in a bag and not touch the actual food. I gave this place a chance a few times before I decided to write a review. I worked in a pizza shop and I know the taste of food from a clean cook top and one that needs to be cleaned more often in between cooking and deep cleaned at night before closing the pizza shop. The pizza taste decent it just absorbs the nasty aroma of the place. Maybe try an air purifier to help clear the air a bit and always deep clean before going home at night. Just because a place looks tidy doesn't mean that it's actually clean and you can taste the difference in the food. Well, I can because I keep a clean kitchen at home.

Monday april 18 7:25pm whoever is answering your phones with the accent needs a new job. I called it rang a few times then i hear holding music … confused i call again… straight to the holding music … i know how a landline works and i assumed they didnt have call waiting and had another call… called a few minutes later and the girl answers like i was prank calling … not sure if shes stressed or simply does not like that pizza shop but that was weird. Who answers a business like its their cell phone … this was strange just trying to order a pizza wont spend my money somwhere where they dont want it.

Our experience with Pini’s was absolutely atrocious and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! We spent almost 200.00 on pizza for a birthday party and they just never made it. Spend your money somewhere else! Absolutely terrible. Manager has the audacity to call me and yell at me without an apology. Do not go here!

“Open until 10:00 PM” They close at 9:30 on a Saturday... Update: They updated their website and menus to reflect the new closing time of 9:00 PM. So now the employees close up shop by 8:30. Even on Friday and Saturday. Today I called at 8:24 to make sure I’m on time. Got dumped unto hold music without even a “hello” for 5 minutes until they just hung up. I call back, click, music, click, gone. They make great pizza, but they hate their customers.

The service has gone so downhill it's almost subterranean. The cashier, wearing no mask, during a global pandemic, coughed into her bare hand, TWICE. And asked me what I wanted. I froze, waiting for her to use hand sanitizer, At any point. And she looked at me as to say, "did I stutter???" So I walked out. Sad, the pizza used to be the best I've ever had in town. Definitely not worth risking my life over.
