Ruby Tuesday

This place was horrible from the time we walked in with the ratchet smell to the rude management. When we first entered the smell was horrific of rotten something. When we were seated at the table staff was just standing around talking. FOR OVER TEN MINUTES no one even acknowledged us and there were only two other tables in the whole place seated. We ordered appetizers. They were out of two of the three on the sampler platter so we skipped that and just had the salad bar. Salad bar was disgustingly dirty with things floating in all the dressings, wilted lettuce, and soggy vegetables. My husband proceeded. I was ready to leave by this time but was hungry. When our steaks arrived they were WELL DONE when we asked for MED RARE. We asked for management. This is where the visit really turned BAD. Manager (Ashlee) with tattoo's all over her neck proceeded to tell us that our steaks were MED RARE and was not going to recook them. Picture provided. When I argued with her she proceeded to get loud and threatening. We left and did not pay the bill. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT OR THIS LOCATION!!

Literally the worst dining experience of my life. The restaurant was filthy, bathrooms in a state of disrepair, servers disappeared for 20-30 minutes at a time, took them 20 minutes to seat our party of 8 when the restaurant was nearly completely empty. I’ll never eat here or at another Ruby Tuesdays agains. The salad bar looked like it had been left sitting there for a few days without any attention paid to it.

Not a good experience at all. I do understand with the economy everyone is short on staff so I do expect longer wait times. The restaurant wasn't clean. The service wasn't good. I found a hair on my salad at the salad bar. The food quality wasn't good at all. Will not be going back there. My last bad experience at ruby Tuesday's was in Beaufort and they shut them down. They need to do the same for this one.

My wife and I tried to have a quick meal and we didn't get it. We tried to order the 2 for 24 deal and 45 minutes later we finally got back cold chips and dip. After waiting about 10 more minutes and still no main course we decided to cut our losses and leave. On top of our negative experience, other customers were dealing with the same issues. One waitress was extremely rude to an older gentleman sitting behind us whos only request was for more sweet tea.
