Reviews of Dunkin'

It will be impossible for people to judge this for more than what it simply is - A BAD REVIEW - Thus I will preface my review with this - My Parents sent me to Catholic School and mandated that I learned foreign languages - I have a commanding use of my native English as well Spanish and French - So, I think it is realistic when I complain that I go into a Dunkin Donuts in Walpole Ma on a Saturday morning and a whole crew of people are working and the ONE person on the cash register processing orders doesn't speak English / Spanish !!! When you explain 3 TIMES how you want one of the two coffees you order and 4 TIMES the sandwiches you want perhaps it is understandable when you get a half mile down the road on the highway and your coffee is WRONG and you are missing a sandwich - it is good I don't have food allergies and I am not diabetic that D&D killed me with because my food is wrong. This is nothing more than poor managerial leadership. I 100% support a diverse leadership and it is good that with all that is going on in the world people are out working earning a paycheck. However, this does not fall on the employee, this falls on a poor manager who can't properly staff his team where their strengths are best served. Disappointed this morning!!!!!
