Great service! I wanted to buy an ice cream cake and also enjoy my small ice cream. The employee said she would put the ice cream cake in the back so no one else would purchase it because I had already paid for it. There was no one there when I went so I was able to enjoy my ice cream then take the cake when I was done, very helpful!

I bought family size Mud Pie Mojo couple days ago @ city of Walnut location. Unfortunately, it was THE Worst experience we’ve ever had from Cold Stone. Everyone in my family loved this flavor. But not this time. We could barely find cookies, nuts, peanut butter and even chocolate syrup that are supposed to be mixed with the coffee ice cream. In stead of having Mud Pie Mojo, we just had $25 of coffee ice cream with very very light coffee taste. Guess what, found other location sells same size with $10 cheaper!! And it tasted wonderful!

The customer service here is amazing, they always serve with a smile and it never feels rushed. The ice cream was so delicious and sweet. I was able to get the last of the 'Deck the halls with Fudge and Sprinkle' which looked and tasted amazing. It was a bit heavy on the chocolate but that was ok. Overall the place is amazing and I rate 5 stars based on how friendly and clean the place is. The food is cold and delicious. I don't feel rushed or have to wait for service.

Everything seemed good. First time here. Everything was clean and neat. All the reach in areas were organized and tidy. The girls were very friendly and helpful. And of course, the ice cream was great. I got my own mix. Cheesecake and banana ice cream. Peanut butter and graham cracker mixed in. Chocolate fudge on top. There was a steady stream of customers but no stop in service. Smooth and polite. 5 stars
