Great small town spot inside of the local drugstore. Classic favorites at a price that will surely make you smile. Fun and energetic waitstaff rounded out this great experience. The food, which is the best part, is hot and fresh while hitting the spot every time. The locals spot!
This is my favorite place to eat not just in walnut cove but anywhere, the atmosphere is extremely welcoming and eating inside gives a sense of comfort and warmth. I’ve recommended this place to everyone who asked me what restaurants are good in walnut cove.

This diner is full of nostalgia for the generations who had the pleasure of eating at the lunch counter in the pharmacy. The staff are very sweet and hardworking ladies who love their customers.
Food is very good! Workers are very nice and attentive, not overly! Close at two. If you want to try them I would get there by 1:20pm so you can enjoy your meal.

Where has this place been my whole life? I live in Winston Salem and I will drive the short distance to indulge on any of there delectable menu items! My favorite however, the hotdogs! Not to mention every Tuesday they are just 1 dollar! Homemade coleslaw,chilli and toasted butter buns....they even toast the dog if that's possible! Man, hands down THE BEST HOTDOG AROUND! I so love the lovely ladies cooking their a@@es of with a smile and an occasional tune! Yes, they sing sometimes! AWESOME!P.S. I had a picture of one the wonderful hot dogs...but I ate it!
