Dibella's Subs

It had been years since I've had DiBellas and was looking forward to it. The staff was very very friendly. But it ended there. It is now more like a Subway than anything else. The quality of the product just was wasn't what I remembered it to be. The potato salad was kinda gross. But the cookies were good

Not one to leave reviews but my fiancé & I feel so bad after seeing how one of the employees was treated.. right in front of customers. A manager yelled at a young lady named Haley because she had an undershirt on under her black apron and red shirt, that was gray. It took me a few seconds to figure out what the manager was complaining about, because it was barely noticeable. She may have been new and apologized immediately and said I’m so sorry I didn’t know and the manager goes well you should have asked and you need to take it off now. This poor girl, if that’s how management is going to treat employees in front of customers I cannot imagine how employees are treated on a day to day basis. I understand rules are rules but to reprimand this young lady in front of customers over something so trivial and honestly unnoticeable, was so disheartening. PS - your other employee had a white undershirt on and you said nothing to him. Edited to add: the women taking my order when I asked for bacon *with an attitude* might I add goes “make sure you tell the cashier up there because it’s extra” then came up to make sure I told the cashier and there was no bacon on my sandwich. 👍
