Chick-fil-a

This is actually the first time I've ever eaten at Chick-fil-A. Usually I only go in to pick up deliveries or orders for friends and whatnot. I was curious though as to why they were always so busy, literally every day at almost all hours, the line for the drive thru is so long, it goes off-property or wraps around the building. My first time ordering for myself and I gotta say, I'm not disappointed. The food is great, maybe not as 'to-die-for' as I was told but to be fair, I only tried one menu item so far. As for the employees, I'm genuinely surprised as to how considerate and welcoming they were. Nowadays you expect people to be annoyed or crass as soon as they respond but not in this case. In all honesty, even the times I've gone in for deliveries etc, I've always been greeted with kindness and generosity. They've done a great job in enacting their reputation and that's rather impressive in my opinion. A corporation that actually puts the customer service number one on their roster, very admirable.

For fast food, this is a five star for sure. Never had a bad experience that wasn’t more than rectified. All employees are super friendly, helpful, and actually make you feel like they are there to serve you and that you are not just a hinderance (yeah looking at you McDonalds)! The food is fast food, mostly fried, but they do have a few healthy options on the menu- some salads and grilled chicken (it’s garlicky but very moist). And their waffle fries Are amazing. With some of the Chick-fil-A sauce it almost makes me forgive them for their stance on social issues as a company. But in terms of food and service they are a five. Just beware don’t expect the locations to be open on a Sunday. And as a business that is their choice and I respect them for that. Bottom line- good fast food, nice employees who care, some healthy options, fairly priced, and lines move quick.
