Laskara's Restaurant

Always a great experience. We have been coming here for years, going back as far as when my parents took me here. Now I get to share the same great experience with my kids. Maria and her staff are so friendly and welcoming. You feel like family walking through the door. Our meals were excellent. The shrimp and swordfish special was delicious. I definitely recommend making a trip to Laskara.

We got lucky and were able to make a last-minute reservation on a Saturday night—but if you’re planning to come on a Saturday, call ahead! The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more attentive. Everything we ordered was enjoyable; standouts included the mussels, spanakopita, and house-salad dressing (which was out of this world delicious!). We’ll be back next time we’re in town.

We came here for our anniversary dinner and loved it. It's pretty easy to find, stands out on the corner where it is. Yes, as some have said the decor may be a bit dated but once you start eating the amazing food you don't even notice. Our waiteress was warm and friendly and went out of her way to look up a cocktail recipe than she wasn't too familiar with. The cocktail came out great. We had the saganaki for our appetizer. It's this cheese in olive oil and they set it on fire. So, so tasty! My husband got the paella for his main and it was delicious. I had the lamb chops and they were cooked to perfection. You also get a salad (family style) with the entrees. Comes with a few grape leaves and is pre-dressed. It tasted good (maybe a tad heavy on the dressing). We will definitely be back.
