I'm so disappointed 😞 dinner last night was terrible. Chicken Broccoli fettuccine;
The Broccoli was not cooked, not even warm, pasta was tough, undercooked and chewy. The chicken & sauce was good. The breadstick was as hard as a brick on the bottom side.... not to mention there was penne pasta in my fettuccine, how does that happen?
I ordered a peach lemonade and our server said "I gave you 2 extra pumps of peach because the flavor is weak" I believe I drank peach flavored water with a pound of sugar in it.....
Our server was nice, she discounted my meal. I would much rather have had a good meal than a discount.
*no, I didn't send it back. I don't like the risk of making a cook mad and having "something" put in my meal.
Maybe some training in the kitchen would help.

This wasn't too bad, I enjoyed my time here, and the food was good.
Didn't have any issues with the staff, they were on the ball with drunk refills. The waitress I had was entertaining, we had a few good laughs during my visit.

Okay food, kinda dry. We ordered the 2 for $25 and got the ribs and burger each with a side of fries. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good. Service was fine but never got our waters refilled.

Their service is top notch and food does not taste like it's massed produced. One of our favorite places to relax and enjoy a great meal. Prices are very reasonable.

Service was great and so was the food. Paying for 5 sucked but that's eating out for you. Enjoyed a beer as well for the first time in more than a year. Very good all around.

Worst place in Walla Walla for drinks. Waited 30 plus minutes and never got served the drinks we ordered. Bartenders only serve their friends that go and forget about the other customers. Bartender acknowledged that she served others (twice) before us and did not even apologize. Got the manager involved only to find out she did not care either. Will not be back. Ever.

Service was a little slower tonight than usual and the kitchen was out of several items. No problem, the dinner was worth any wait and we were comped for the missing items with free substitutions. All in all, a very satisfying meal.
Update #1: another good meal.

Not as great as it once was. I used to love going to Applebee's but sadly now the quality of the food/service seems to have declined greatly along with the prices going up, now it's no longer worth coming here anymore.

Noticeable Change. Applebee's has stepped up their game in the past year. Although it is a chain, I know it is hard to predict what you will get from one store to the next. There are several changes to the menu that make it worth the trip, and some of the late night activities are fun.
