Grace, Ant, and Joel, and the dishwasher Adam are a phenomenal select of the Applebees staff. Their dedication and professionalism creates a unique and memorable dining experience. I was absolutely delighted by how wonderful the staff was. These servers go above and beyond to impress their guests and make sure they’re taken care of. Adam ensures all of the dishes are cleaned and sanitized to my preference, I request for my dishes to be washed specifically 13 times before any food touched my plate and he had no problem doing so. I appreciate their effort to go above and beyond for me. I’ve never received service quite like I do everytime at apples bees. I will never stop coming here as long as these employees as here. They deserve top tier treatment, employees of the month!!

Our waitress and food were great. But the tall skinny young man who works for you started to get a bit annoying. My friends and I hadn't seen each other in 2 years and were trying to just have a conversation and enjoy seeing each other and he's up at your podium on the other side of our booth singing and being very disruptive. My friends were telling me how he had been telling them about all the great Google reviews he has gotten. But I'm sorry, he was not impressive to us and if anything he made our visit difficult with being obnoxious. But our waitress was awesome, as was the food.

My group came in after the GVSU vs Ferris playoff football game. We were quickly seated and our server Cody was awesome! Our food was hot and delicious. This is probably one of my best Applebee's experiences in a very long time! On our way out, the manager(I presume) was standing at the door. I told her of my great experience and she mentioned my servers name. This showed she was paying attention to all of the guests there. Keep up the great work! I will be coming back again!

Sam is such a SLAY!!!!! She’s so attentive, and knows her stuff! Super nice and brought me all my drinks with a smile on her face. Sam is the type of girl to stop a moving truck in its tracks before it runs me over. Everyone needs a Sam in their life! Sam makes me feel a part of the neighborhood! We love you Sam!

I ate out the other night and had the most wonderful time. Besides enjoying some pretzels our server Reyer was amazing. She was so personable and attentive and made the experience all that much more enjoyable. When I come back again I’ll make sure to request her!!!

Came for Friday happy hour and had a great experience! Desiree, our bartender made us amazing margaritas and our food came out quickly and tasted delicious!

Some buddies and I took on their unlimited wings challenge. The service by their crew, especially the waitress Elena, was phenomenal. The wings came out fast, hot, and with more ready to come. The kitchen’s work was amazing, and the service was nothing short of spectacular. 10/10 recommend.

The food was decent, and the service was great. The only reason they did not get a full 5-star is the baby's back ribs were chewy/tough but other than that it was ok. The bourbon

Very good food. Our waiter, Cody, was very kind and attentive. The bourbon street chicken is a DREAM. Check in with Yelp for an appetizer! Prices are a smidge high, but the food was very tasty. Good atmosphere and easy parking.

Zach M was an awesome server! Dealt with our joking around and was very helpful. We enjoyed our girls night with Zach making sure drinks were full! Nachos and pretzels per Zach’s recommendation were awesome!
