Formally a Newport sushi restaurant that moved into Belmont Market. Definitely the best supermarket sushi when you want to satisfy that craving without having to go through the hassle of sitting down at a restaurant.
I have yet to encounter this rude man everyone speaks of but I suspect he’s probably a nice guy with a rough delivery of words 😂
I’ve only had to wait 40 min once bc I put the order in while at the store but it sounds like it’s a thing. So just call way ahead for the special rolls. Definitely worth it for the Blackship and Shrimp Tempura Rolls.

This is a wonderful little place to get sushi in the back right corner of the Belmont Market. I won't say it's the best sushi I ever had, but it was still very good and well worth the price. You can grab some premade rolls or ask them to make some (which only took 10-15 minutes). They also have a unique assortment of rolls with either Asian pear or mango inside (also good). I wouldn't travel long distance to get their sushi, but I would go frequently if I lived closer.
