Sonic Drive-in

Well it wasn't the very best burger, especially when driving. But the taste , the service and the wait times were all very good. The rapid reply from Sonic management, or the Sonic team, was remarkable. They truly care for the customer experience and are quick to address and offer remedies to accommodate theirs customers. That itself is a good reason to visit this location. I thank Sonic for their prompt response. Today, September 18th 2021, I am returning just to have a desert drink, a shake And I will review again as needed. 14 minutes from time I placed my order.

I recently visited this location in the evening. They were only servicing drive-thru but that’s not their fault. Staff was fine for a drive thru experience; however, I feel like I’m missing part of my Blast. The pictures make it look fuller than it was because the ice cream is on the side. The Blast was delicious though.

Generally, I have great experiences with Sonic, but this time it was a little different. The wait was the longest we've ever had at this restaurant. The line behind us even went around the parking lot. The Pepsi came with ice in 70% of the cup, so it was super watery. The chicken popcorns were salty and dry. However, the sandwich (double bacon cheeseburger), as always, was perfect. Overall, It was a negative experience, unfortunately.

03MAR22 - Now one of our regular stops. Using the app is so easy. Prices are better here than any place else. 01MAY21 - Were here about once a month, still decent food, still good service. Microphone seem to be fixed now communication through the menu system is much better. Eating outside these days is great. c. 2018 - You know what you're getting at Sonic. Recent improvements to the order menus and screens are great but the microphone and communication systems is still terrible. Service is ok. Food is ok. Ice cream is great.
