Chili's

The 2 glasses that was served was cracked around the rim. The chicken bites wasn't tossed properly because all the sauce was on the bottom. The ribs was dry 😩 just not a good place to spend money. Atmosphere was off looks abandoned just wasn't satisfying 😕. Forgot to mention that the ranch sauce was definitely watered-down, who does that.

I don't know who the cook was but our food was hot, absolutely delicious. We both ordered the shrimp and crab pasta and just absolutely delicious! Our appetizers were just as fresh and delicious. Our waitress was super friendly. Just a very pleasant experience after an extremely stressful week. And kudos for the strawberry lemonade tea!! Yum!!

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 hamburgers for take out and asked for them to all be well done. When my daughter picked up the order from curbside she and her brother checked the order as I have always taught them to do. When she checked the order they saw that they had received 4 cheeseburgers. I sent them a screen shot of the order summary. They contacted the restaurant and asked for hamburgers to be re-made well done. They came home and gave everyone their food and much to our dismay one of the cheeseburgers was not well done but pink. So after a long day of work my husband had to call another local restaurant to order a cheeseburger well done and then go back out to pay for an additional meal since this was not done properly. With inflation and gas prices sky high this is unacceptable.

I had the best experience ever at store1393 at11380 Capital Blvd., Wake Forest NC on Saturday May21. Our server was Payton. She was absolutely versed in what a server is to be and do! Lots of smiles and desire to make our dining experience the best ever. As a matter a fact all servers I saw were smiling! The pandemic has been harsh on dining out. This was the best environment I’ve experience during this time..Five stars plus!!!! Hats off to management! Good food. Thank

I wouldn’t usually give 5 stars to a chili’s restaurant, but after living in Columbus OH, where the quality of this restaurant chain is questionable, me and the family have had more that a handful of good experiences in this chilis location. We have ordered delivery and the food comes with good presentation, tasty and CORRECT. Have done curb pickup and carry out and it’s even better because you skip the wait time of delivery and get the food warm. Again, food has been tasty, packed with care, and CORRECT. Will definitely keep ordering from this Chili’s restaurant.

The tortilla Chips were soaked with oil, the salsa was tasteless, the rice on the side of my fajita was greasy and old with lots of hard pieces in it. Not eatable. The chicken was very good and the margaritas were good. The manager was very apologetic and did compensate for the "bad kitchen day". Our waitress, Lexi was great.

It was trouble. I took my mom and my two older sons out for lunch. First it was only one cook, one waiter and one bartender. They tried they really did but the food wasn't hot, soda was watered down and some of our food was over cooked. It was just not a good experience for me being that was my first time out from dealing with the pandemic and this my favorite place. I was a little disappointed.
