Food was really good! Service was quick! Unsure as to why the underrated reviews. I was their around 10:15/10:30, but there were still about 30-40 people eating and staff were still servicing drive up and delivery. Anyways, my experience was very good so I'm going to put 5 star! BTW my omelet was huge!!! Avocado inferno! YUM!

Our server was very chill. The kitchen was backed up and they informed us they could seat us but it would be a while before we would get our food. They were very up front and we were very understanding about it.
We took our seat, ordered coffee and waited. The food was delicious.
Please make sure to have patience when you go out to dine in. Understand that these servers and cooks are probably burned out. Be kind and courteous. Leave them a nice tip. Leave a happy note on their receipt. Things are so much different now than they were a few years ago.
You're only able to eat out because of these awesome people.

Great service and excellent food. It was fairly busy and the wait time to get it food was very acceptable. Our server was great and checked back with us at regular intervals. This is a huge improvement over past visits where they seemed understaffed.

I showed up at 11:30
On a Sunday and all the old people came in and they seated the old people before me! How rude I was there first 😡 anyways I was seated after waiting for 15 mins for the swarm of old people to be seated first. I ordered my food at 11:45 and it is currently 12:45 and still no FOOD WHAT THE HECK! 😡

Ordered a 5 piece chicken fingers with fries. Got 4 fingers and less then a handful of fries... for over 11$. Side salad was pathetic, barely chopped iceberg lettuce, 1 slice of tomatoe and 4 rings of onion. There was one other table occupied and place was dirty, staff was loud.

Absolutely LOVED the strawberry New York cheesecake pancakes. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Our server was friendly, pleasant and prompt. We will definitely be stopping here again the next time we visit St. Cloud.

I love their omelets. They are big and filled with extras. Pancakes 🥞 are served with them and taste like a pancake. Service is good. Restaurant is affordable. I would recommend giving IHOP a try today if you are looking for an omlete.

The lack of service when we first got there was unreal. 1 waitress. 4 men standing in the kitchen doing nothing. Including one who looked to be the manager. Once another waitress got there our service with her was excellent. But seriously, they had no orange juice. Doubt I will go back.
