Burger Time

We were going to get Taco Bell and noticed this burger shop next to it. We prefer supporting local small businesses, so we jumped onto Division and pulled up to the order speaker. Quick service, huge burgers, decent prices, and fries identical to McDonald's. I mean, no complaints from us. Buffalo chicken sandwich, bacon cheeseburger, chicken strips, and mushroom swiss burger for our family...absolutely worth it! We'll be back!

The kid with the fake dreadlocks needs to put his phone down. I stood at the window waiting for him to take my order while he looked at his phone. Then I said hi and he made no sound. I said “you good?” And he barely acknowledged me. If you hate your job go find another one bud. The burger was fine. The girl in the back was more helpful than the cashier.

One out of 5 stars is actually too generous for this location. I'd give it half a star if I could. There were so many things that went wrong during this experience so please bear with me. I tried to order online and found out when I got to the location that they don't have the "iPad" to accept online orders(how about you inform the company IT person to get the online ordering disabled until you do?). I told the worker that I had never been to this place before so I don't know how it works. All she said was just order. No explanation on how the menu works with the different combos or anything. I asked to pull up to the window since the drive thru speaker was killing my ears. The initial worker was very rude. They ended up over charging me because I upgraded my burgers to double meat. They were too lazy to change the order and charged my card a second time for the 2 extra patties even though my combo was their special for the night. All the females had loose ponytails and no hairnets. The female working the fryer had her mask below her upper lip. Now to the food. The burger patties were so dry like they had been sitting in a food warmer for a while. The burger patties also tasted like they were mass produced frozen patties that had been thawed out. The tomatoes were old, the lettuce was wilted, and the mushrooms are canned. The fries were lukewarm at best. The chicken tenders barely had any meat they were so thin. The cheese curds were overcooked. The funnel fries were undercooked and oily, definitely not enough to be worth what they are charging. The onion rings were nothing special, tasted like Members Mark brand. The pop was lacking in syrup and tasted flat. Last but not least, my double bigger cheeseburger had NO cheese. I would never recommend this location. Hopefully the other locations have higher standards than this one. If you have working taste buds, don't waste your time here.

We were looking for a decent burger place realized we have yet to try Burger Time. So we go online and find that they were supposed accept online orders. Upon arriving we realized our order did not go through and we were told at the speaker that they don't have ipads to accept online orders. At that point the female type on the other end told us that they can not take online orders and proceeded to tell us to go ahead and order at the speaker which was super high pitch and screaming as if a seagull flew into it and is now trapped forever and doomed to take orders for all eternity. Finding out that we can not place the on line order that we had prepared. We try to pull it back up on our to make things easier on us and them while the female kept telling us through the speaker to just order when you are ready. We oblige keep in mind with no vehicle behind us we continue to look for our order just to be insistently told to just order please. As we are still looking for our order page to find what we tried to order they once again rush us telling us to just order still no vehicle behind us. Annoyed with the loud speaker crying for help we digress and ask to approach the window. At this point we tell the the employees that this is our first time here we didn't know what anything is like or what anything comes with, and wasn't sure how to order. After telling them so, the female type with long unkempt hair whipping all over the place with no hair net to protect products from stray hairs getting loose. I noticed it along with the rest of the staff that did not wear hair nets especially the ones that were handling food. So even after being told we know nothing and is unsure of what to order the female type proceed with "just order" without giving any insight on their meal combo specials nothing. "Just order" was her insistence. Completely unprofessional we were hoping she'd be more insightful about the food there to ease us in as first time customers nope, just order are her words. As I grew more irritated with her, she carried her self on wearing hear mask below her Upper lip at times taking it in to her mouth for a small gumming bite with her lips over he teeth. We place our order to the best of what we can and do a quick inventory check and head home. Now the food. I ordered double mushroom swiss. Which was nothing special about it all. The burgers were thawed frosted patties from some bulk distributor. Which was undercooked and left in a heating pan readied to be assembled with canned mushrooms mixed in a gravy giving the mushrooms a metallic taste. Least to say it was not a good burger. The onions ring were definitely similar to member mark brand. The fries were nothing special. The cheese curds were definitely not worth it and the funnnel fries definitely not worth the price as it was also under cooked, completely oily and had the flaky texture inside. My wife ordered the bigger better cheese burger with no cheese in site. She had to add her own mustard on what looks lettuce at the end of it's freshness cycle, along with tomatoes that were poorly cut and definitely beyond it freshness cycle as well. However asking for cheese got her no cheese and requesting no onions did get her onions. With her partially cooked thawed patties. I will not recommend this place to anyone and would not repeat a visit to this establishment. They did not try to win us as repeat customers and they were completely unprofessional. Food was not cooked to order it was cooked a head of time and sat in a tray a long with other patties to be pieces together unless you can prove me wrong that is what I believe. I've seen it so many times at other places.
