The staff makes you feel at home from the moment you walk thru the door. They even remember your face if not by name. They definitely remember my drink. And they make my custom drink the right way all the time. I drive the 4 miles to this location to get my drink done right. 🤙🤙🤙 Mahalo.

Love this Starbucks. They may not know my name but they know me as the "Surprise me with good coffee" person. I drive 5 miles to this location because of their customer service even if I am 1 mile away to 2 other Starbucks locations..😍

I don't care how long the drive-thru line can be. I can still find parking, walk-in and find my perfectly made iced coffee from my mobile order, ready to go. The Baristas are always friendly! I love their Customer Service! More importantly, they have been really CONSISTENT with making my iced coffee
Bring one of the only drive thru Starbucks on island, this one does a pretty good job keeping up with the flow. I ordered an iced make pecan late with cold foam and it was delicious. Not too sweet, not too milky. We always go here when were on the area and they treat us right.
Had some type of gathering of 8 people, inside w/masks but not social distancing. Lots of noise and barista could not hear my order. Staff however is great on a normal basis
