I've been to Outback steakhouse many times with family. Service is always the best. Our server always takes care of us with a great attitude and fast with our tables every single time. Although most of the food is a little bit on a salty side for my personal likes other than that love love my porterhouse and bread and butter, these two are always my favorite

We came in a busy night so the services was a little slower than usual. But as soon as the restaurant started to get empty, it was great. The steak was beautiful however I did ask for medium rare. It was still too rare for me so I did send it back to get it seared. When I got it back, the meat was sooo tender!
Also thank you to Shay! When it was busy he brought 2 extra cups of soda & a big bowl of lemon. We are regulars there so he know that my partner loves his soda with lemons lol!

This is absolutely my favorite Outback location on island. The staff is always friendly and professional and makes a point to engage with you. The long term staff recognizes you and always treat you like ohana. The manager, Torrie, is super sweet and is always helpful. I have never had a bad meal here. The food is always fresh and I have used both dine-in and take-out services. I 100% recommend this location!!

Had an awesome time here. This was my first Outback experience and I really enjoyed it all. We came here for the veteran's day special (free blooming onion), but the loaded fries and surf/turf pasta were also great. Service was excellent as well considering how busy it was. No complaints from me!

Akin and his team (special thanks to Shay too) were wonderful! Fantastic service during lunch and even though my mother asked for many things they were very friendly and patient with her. Lunch food was great with a lot of side options/upgrades and a decent price. Would absolutely come back again.

The Food was Amazing, service was Amazing. The manager Torrie was walking by and stopped to make sure everything was good and made us feel much more comfortable with her positive attitude and kind demeanor.

We went to Outback on Saturday evening and it was fairly busy night. We waited for a bit to be seated but as soon as we settled to our table, Cara took care of us.
She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely come back and will ask for the seats where Cara is serving because she was so sweet and gave us the best service!!
